BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
The vignettes engraved for the 1894 set of North Borneo were also used for their 1897 set.
The 2.5d of the 1898 New Zealand set is engraved by A.B. Hill, but the die proof has the annotation 'SHELL with Mr Rapkin', which implies he worked on the die as well.
